1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bonusok," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the bonusok online gaming platform, operated under PAGCOR regulation for the Philippine market, accessible at bonusok.net.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the bonusok platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the bonusok platform.
• "Platform" means the bonusok website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services made available by bonusok.
• "Real Money Balance" means the Philippine Peso funds deposited by a Player and held in their bonusok account.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to a Player's account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game or product offered on the bonusok platform.

2Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with bonusok's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and bonusok governing your use of the Platform.

By completing the registration process and creating an Account, or by continuing to access and use the bonusok Platform, you:

• Confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• Confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• Acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you accept full responsibility for your own wagering decisions;

3Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. The bonusok Platform is strictly available to individuals aged 21 years and above. This minimum age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and enforced as a non-negotiable condition of access. Individuals under the age of 21 are expressly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the Platform in any capacity.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one bonusok account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions. The bonusok Platform is intended solely for use by individuals located in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. bonusok reserves the right to restrict or block access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

3.5 Account Accuracy. You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful and accurate. bonusok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account where false or misleading information is identified, and to report such activity to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required.

4Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bonusok account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. bonusok will not be held liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials. You must notify bonusok immediately via live chat or at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.3 Account Suspension. bonusok reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent activity, or in contravention of PAGCOR regulations.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. bonusok may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after the applicable notice period. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Methods. bonusok processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted payment channels include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. bonusok reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time.

5.2 Deposits. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bonusok is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network disruptions.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bonusok reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, source of funds, and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing times are as published on the Platform's banking page and may be updated from time to time.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. bonusok is subject to Philippine anti-money laundering legislation and PAGCOR compliance requirements. Withdrawal of funds must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bonusok account. bonusok may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and is obligated to report suspicious activity to the relevant Philippine authorities.

5.5 Currency. All account balances, wagers, winnings, and transactions on bonusok are denominated in Philippine Peso. Where USDT TRC20 is used, the applicable conversion rate at the time of the transaction applies.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. bonusok may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Contribution rates from different game types towards wagering requirements vary and are disclosed in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Validity. All bonuses carry an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain unconverted at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. bonusok employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors or promotional mechanics, low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and collusion between Players. Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all associated balances forfeited.

6.5 bonusok's Discretion. bonusok reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to exclude individual Players from specific promotions where deemed necessary in its reasonable discretion.

7Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on the bonusok Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are delivered by licensed live studio providers, ensuring that game outcomes are random, fair, and unmanipulated. bonusok's RNG systems are subject to regular independent audits.

7.2 Bets Once Placed. Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the bonusok system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player. bonusok reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, system fault, or incorrect odds have been applied.

7.3 Malfunction. In the event of a Platform or game malfunction, bonusok reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the relevant wagers to the Player's Real Money Balance. bonusok's decision in the event of a malfunction is final.

7.4 Maximum Winnings. bonusok may impose maximum win limits on individual games, game types, or promotional periods. These limits, where applicable, are published on the relevant game page or promotion terms and are subject to change.

7.5 Specific Game Rules. Individual games are governed by their own specific game rules accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bonusok Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, manipulate, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, games, or security systems;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in games;
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in any form of organised cheating;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform's software for financial gain;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals following the placement of wagers;
• Using the Platform for commercial purposes, including re-selling access or winnings;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bonusok staff, agents, or other Players.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the bonusok Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, icons, and interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of bonusok or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bonusok content without prior written authorisation.

10Limitation of Liability

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, bonusok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.2 bonusok does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary Platform unavailability.

10.3 bonusok's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit bonusok's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11Responsible Gaming

bonusok is committed to fostering a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players on the Platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no charge via the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on deposits to the Player's account;
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on net wagering losses;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic logout after a Player-defined gaming session duration;
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications reminding Players of their session duration and net wagering result;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account restrictions ranging from 24 hours to 30 days;

12Termination

12.1 By bonusok. bonusok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bonusok has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required by PAGCOR or any applicable Philippine law or regulation.

12.2 By the Player. Players may request the closure of their bonusok account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team or by sending a written request to [email protected]. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable fees and forfeiture of any Bonus Balance) will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon account closure, your licence to use the Platform terminates immediately. Sections of these Terms relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the provisions of Republic Act No. 9487 (National Online Gaming Act), PAGCOR's Online Gaming Regulations, and other applicable Philippine statutes.

13.2 Regulatory Oversight. bonusok operates under the regulatory supervision of PAGCOR. Players who have concerns regarding regulatory compliance may contact PAGCOR directly.

13.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and bonusok, the Player should first contact bonusok's customer support team via live chat or at [email protected]. bonusok is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through bonusok's internal complaint process, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR for determination in accordance with its applicable dispute resolution procedures.

13.4 Jurisdiction. For any legal proceedings not resolved through the above process, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14Amendments to These Terms

bonusok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bonusok will provide reasonable prior notice to registered Players via email notification or prominent in-platform announcement.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bonusok Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as set out in Section 12.2.
